As a Senior Test Lead/Manager, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the testing and validation processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Lead and manage a team of 15 testing associates to ensure quality standards are met
• Oversee testing activities including functional, automation, and performance testing

• Ensure adherence to SDLC and QA process metrics for project success

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance
• Thorough understanding of Software Testing methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle
• Proven leadership experience managing testing teams and delivery management
• Hands-on testing experience with functional, automation, and performance testing
• Experience working within a banking application ecosystem, retail banking experience is a plus
