Job summary

Calculated Hire is seeking an experienced Senior Testing Program Manager in Ohio to lead the testing strategy for enterprise software implementations, HRIS, Payroll, and WFM initiatives.

You will coordinate SIT, UAT, Time Compare, and Pay Compare testing streams, manage schedules and risk, and provide executive-level reporting. This role requires strong governance, resource management, and stakeholder facilitation skills to drive go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project leadership, testing leadership, or program management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise software implementation, HRIS, Payroll, WFM, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, test planning, and test governance.
• Hands-on experience with ALM tools for test management, defect tracking, requirements traceability, and reporting.
• Experience creating and managing:
• Test plans
• Experience coordinating SIT, UAT, Time Compare, and Pay Compare testing activities.
• Ability to manage testing resources, priorities, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, and escalation management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the overall testing strategy and testing roadmap.
• Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), Time Compare, Pay Compare, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Manage testing schedules, milestones, dependencies, and readiness reviews.
• Lead defect management, prioritization, escalation, and resolution efforts.
• Facilitate testing meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide executive-level reporting on testing progress, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate activities across Payroll, HR, Operations, IT, and implementation partners.
• Ensure test documentation, results, and sign-off criteria are maintained.
• Drive go-live readiness assessments and testing phase approvals.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
