Job summary

Latitude AI, a Ford Motor Company subsidiary, seeks a Senior Software Engineer for the Bench Infrastructure team to scale hardware-in-the-loop test execution services. You will design software, deliver streamlined tools, and resolve stability and security issues as the platform grows.

Join a cross-functional team and help ensure reliable, performant test infrastructure while collaborating with Autonomy Software Eng, IT, and Operations to address pain points with scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, CS, EE, robotics or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, problem solving, prioritization and teamwork skills.
• Experience designing, developing, and scaling full-stack apps in Kubernetes production.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software solutions for hardware-in-the-loop test execution services.
• Deliver streamlined tools to help engineers build, test, and debug autonomy software.
• Identify and resolve stability and security issues across the stack.
• Improve performance metrics and optimize test infrastructure runtimes.
• Act as a technical bridge between Autonomy Software Engineering, IT, and Operations.
