Roblox is seeking an outstanding engineer to join our Test Frameworks & Tooling team. You will design, build, and scale the test automation infrastructure that powers Roblox services across platforms, using AI to enhance test authoring and execution.

You’ll connect planning, execution, and analysis to accelerate feedback and reliability, while collaborating across engineering squads. You will work on automated quality checks integrated into CI/CD and drive end-to-end technical initiatives from

Formación

• 2+ years of experience building large-scale backend or infrastructure systems.
• Proficient in one or more programming languages (C#, Go, Python or similar).
• Curious and collaborative, able to drive solutions in a team.
• Strong teamwork across cross-functional projects.
• Nice to have familiarity with HashiCorp software stack.
• Willing to take a long-term view to drive collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Build and scale test automation infrastructure across Roblox platforms.
• Advance the AI-native test lifecycle to improve authoring, selection, and failure triage.
• Develop test orchestration and intelligence for planning, execution, and analysis.
• Improve test reliability, observability, and debugging in a large ecosystem.
• Shift quality earlier in the development lifecycle with automated checks.
• Drive projects end to end from problem definition to production deployment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to create scalable testing solutions.
