Job summary

Roblox is seeking an outstanding engineer to join our Test Frameworks & Tooling team. You will design, build, and scale tooling that powers the test automation lifecycle across Roblox services, spanning frameworks, execution, orchestration, AI test generation, and Canary analysis.

You will own end-to-end projects, improve reliability, and collaborate with application, platform, QA, and infrastructure teams to ship robust testing infrastructure at scale.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience building large-scale backend or infrastructure systems.
• Knowledge: proficient in one or more programming languages (C#, Go, Python or similar).
• Curiosity: solve open-ended problems and drive collaboration.
• Strong teamwork: collaborate cross-functionally to deliver solutions.
• Long-term mindset: sustain collaboration and system-building over time.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale test automation infrastructure across Roblox platforms.
• Advance the AI-native test lifecycle with intelligent tooling.
• Develop test orchestration connecting planning, execution and failure analysis.
• Improve test reliability, observability, and debugging across the ecosystem.
• Shift quality earlier in development and CI/CD workflows.
• Drive projects end to end from problem definition to production deployment.
• Collaborate across engineering teams to meet Roblox needs.
