Job summary

Reliability & Performance Technologies (R&P) seeks a Test & Evaluation Subject Matter Expert to support the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) Program Office in Washington, D.C. The role covers test planning, execution, analysis, and reporting for hypersonic weapons testing across surface ships and submarines.

The candidate should hold US citizenship, an active Secret clearance, and 15–20+ years of experience (or 15+ with a Master’s).

Qualifications

Must be a US Citizen.
Active Secret clearance and ability to sustain it.
Bachelor's degree with 20+ years of professional experience, or Master's with 15+ years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

Support the entire test cycle from planning, execution, analysis, and reporting to ensure tests are conducted effectively.
Provide technical support for hardware testing, software testing, modeling and simulation, and flight-testing.
Assist in developing the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) and related documentation, including verification and accreditation plans.
Support testing of flight systems, platform systems, and integration testing to ensure components work together for the weapon system.
Conduct government test events oversight and provide assessments and recommendations on test and modeling activities.
Prepare studies, plans, and analysis to support government test and engineering efforts.
