Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Hypersonics Systems Engineer to support the CPS/Hypersonics program at the Washington Navy Yard.

This on-site role focuses on requirements management, acquisition documentation, and JCIDS process support in a high-security defense context. The successful candidate will bring 7+ years of DoD/weapon system engineering experience, active Secret clearance, and a Bachelor's degree, with proficiency in MS Office and collaborative tools such as MS

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required; TS/SCI preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of engineering program experience in DoD/weapon systems.
• Bachelor's degree; strong analytical and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage government requirements including baselines and verification activities.
• Prepare and align acquisition documentation (TEMP, Acquisition Plan, etc.).
• Coordinate with JCIDS processes and stakeholders to integrate capabilities.
