The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Test and Evaluation Manager to lead engineering and test activities at the San Antonio, TX site. The role reports to the BT&E San Antonio Site Executive and oversees test operations, ensuring alignment with site objectives and safety standards.

Responsibilities include program planning, test lifecycle management, and collaboration with government and industry partners to deliver high-quality test programs on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Engineering Leadership.
• 1+ years of Military Flight Test experience.

Responsabilités

• Act as the BT&E program focal and primary link between PM, stakeholders, BT&E value streams, and capability leaders to support test proposals and execution.
• Engage throughout the product test life cycle to deploy BT&E and program test strategies.
• Lead relationships with executives and senior managers in PM, BT&E, military partners, and stakeholders.
