You will fabricate and maintain instrumentation systems, install sensors and wiring, and collaborate with instrumentation and design teams to meet engineering requirements.

The role requires interpreting drawings, performing wiring tasks, soldering, and ensuring safety with PPE. Relocation may be offered; U.S. citizenship and security clearances apply.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher, or 4+ years of technical experience.
• 3+ years strain gaging experience.
• Experience fabricating, routing, terminating, soldering, and repairing electrical wiring harnesses.
• Experience interpreting electrical drawings and schematics.
• 3+ years of testing instrumentation or methods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, plan, conduct, and document tests on products, systems, and processes.
• Design, fabricate, and analyze test systems, materials, components and methods.
• Coordinate test requirements and methods.
• Prepare system tests with integration, fabrication, setup and teardown.
• Conduct tests, analyze data, and document results; participate in test readiness reviews.
• Troubleshoot lab/test problems and maintain lab activities.
• Coach and train others.
