• 1+ years of Military Flight Test experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as BT&E program focal between management, stakeholders, BT&E value streams, and capability leaders to support test program efforts.
• Lead lab and flight test approach strategies and integrate tests across platforms including aircraft ground tests and flight tests.
• Develop and maintain relationships with executive-level partners and government stakeholders in program management and BT&E.
• Ensure test strategies align with site objectives and comply with processes and priorities.
• Manage test program scope, commitments, and performance to plan including cost and schedule.
• Promote First Time Quality and a Go 4 Zero safety culture while supporting Boeing Life Saving Rules.
• Support opportunities to win new business and retain preferred supplier status.
