Job summary

SAIC is seeking an experienced Test and Evaluation Contractor Support Lead to oversee planning, execution, and reporting of comprehensive test activities for government programs. You will act as the primary contractor technical authority on testing, interfacing with government customers and program offices to ensure performance and compliance.

Responsibilities include leading contractor test teams, developing TEMPs and test procedures, and coordinating DT/OT/IT testing in alignment with program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7–10 years in T&E or systems engineering; 3–5 years in contractor support interfacing with government.
• Proven experience leading contractor test teams on complex programs.
• Experience developing TEMPs, test plans, procedures, and reports per government standards.
• Strong communication and liaison skills with government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead contractor-supported test events across ground, lab, simulation, and field environments.
• Serve as contractor test director during tests in coordination with government leads.
• Develop and manage TEMPs, test strategies, and schedules aligned with program goals.
• Analyze test data and present findings to government leadership and stakeholders.
• Mentor and manage contractor test engineers and support personnel.
