Job summary

Base-2 Solutions seeks a Systems Engineer 3 / SETA Test Coordinator to lead contractual and programmatic test events across Government teams and vendors. You will coordinate high-visibility test events through the full life cycle and provide timely status updates to Government leads.

Significant interaction with CORs, ART leads, and project directors will be required. This role demands strong communication, risk mitigation, and environment setup across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Experience in systems engineering to meet education/experience pathways.
• Strong experience coordinating schedule-driven, project-level activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to summarize complex tech info.
• Experience with Government teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate high-visibility test events across life cycle.
• Provide timely status updates to Government leads and stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular meetings to discuss progress, issues, and risks.
• Liaise between vendor, integrator, development, and testing teams.
• Document and centralize test-event data and SOP templates.
