Job summary

T-Rex Solutions, LLC seeks a qualified Test Integration Lead to support DISA JITC TEC II. This senior role focuses on harmonizing test and evaluation standards across multiple National Security programs, elevating QA/QC, and delivering clear operational assessments for senior leaders.

The ideal candidate will mentor teams on test plans, evaluation reports, and data collection methodologies while ensuring secure execution of all test activities and compliance with security requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leadership experience in DoD/T&E fields.
• 5+ years dedicated T&E experience with QA/QC.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Track and perform rigorous QA/QC on program-wide OT&E tasks and deliverables for the Test Manager.
• Translate complex data and system performance into clear insights for senior stakeholders.
• Mentor evaluation teams through data analysis and robust data collection methodologies.
• Evaluate secure voice and data pipelines under simulated threat conditions to validate survivability and compliance.
• Oversee integration of sensitive cryptographic systems and secure networks throughout testing.
