Job summary

Boeing Defense, Space & Security seeks a Lead Software Engineer for Test & Verification in Oklahoma City, OK. You will lead and direct other test engineers, determine requirements, write tier three tests, and execute them across end-to-end software lifecycles. Role focuses on non-embedded software in a high-regulated environment.

The position is 100% onsite with responsibilities spanning test plan design, environment setup, and automated test development. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
• 9+ years of experience with requirements, test development, and/or verification testing.
• Professional experience with C, C++, C#, Python, Java, or Ada.

Responsibilities

• Leads the design, development, and completion of test and verification of software products to ensure quality, reliability, and functionality.
• Partners with stakeholders and leads the review and identification of software requirements, test objectives, test strategies, and testability.
• Leads the design of test plans, cases, and scenarios to meet software requirements and specifications.
• Advises on the setup and configuration of test environments to replicate production environments.
• Leads executing test cases and scenarios to verify functionality, performance, and safety of software systems and reports defects.
