Qualifications

• DoD secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 7+ years of DoD testing experience.
• Experience developing and executing test strategies, plans, and reports for complex hardware/software systems.
• Ability to analyze technical data and present clear recommendations to leadership.
• Strong coordination, documentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-communication skills.
• Ability to work in classified environments and participate in Secret-level meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop classified and unclassified test programs, strategies, plans, procedures, and reports.
• Plan and conduct developmental and operational test activities for PM PNT products and platforms.
• Coordinate resources, equipment, and data systems to meet test objectives.
• Execute test events and support test tasks with safe, well-documented operations.
• Analyze test data and brief leadership on product performance and next steps.
