Job summary

Credence is seeking a Test and Evaluation Engineer III to translate system requirements into practical test strategies for PM PNT products and client platforms. You will plan, execute, and document developmental and operational tests, coordinating resources and stakeholders to meet program goals.

The role requires a DoD secret clearance, a Bachelor's in engineering with 7+ years of DoD testing experience (or a Master’s with 5+ years). Hybrid or on-site environment.

Qualifications

• DoD secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 7+ years of DoD testing experience or Master's with 5+ years.
• Experience developing and executing test strategies, plans, and reports for complex hardware and software systems.
• Ability to analyze data, explain the significance of test results, and present clear recommendations to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop classified and unclassified test programs, plans, procedures, and reports using system requirements documents.
• Plan and conduct developmental and operational test activities for PM PNT products and supported clients.
• Coordinate people, stakeholders, equipment, and data-collection systems to achieve test objectives.
• Execute test events and document operations safely and efficiently.
• Analyze test data and brief leadership on product performance and implications.
• Develop TEMPs, TRR briefings, test plans, procedures, and reports.
• Load current software releases on MAPS, DAPS, and DME systems and verify configuration.
• Maintain accountability for test equipment and assist with inventory and movement.
