Job summary

CIS Secure Computing is seeking a TEMPEST Engineer to follow TEMPEST test plans, execute testing, and develop final test reports at our Ashburn headquarters. The role emphasizes collaboration with Product Assurance and Configuration Management and supports ongoing learning toward CTP-I/CTP-II certifications.

The position requires an active Secret clearance, a bachelor's degree preferred, and experience in TEMPEST testing with EMI/FCC considerations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in TEMPEST test laboratories.
• Experience with EMI testing; FCC/VDE preferred.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts to testing.

Responsibilities

• Follow TEMPEST test plans, execute TEMPEST testing, and develop final test reports.
• Collaborate with Product Assurance and Configuration Management on the product.
• Participate in learning opportunities toward CTP-II certification and EMC/RF knowledge.
• Verify calibration and operation of detection system test equipment.
• Review Product Assurance testing for TSRD compliance.
