Job summary

USfalcon, Inc. seeks a Senior Test and Evaluations Engineer to join the squad at Offutt AFB, NE. The role centers on leading government DT&E planning, developing test plans, and coordinating events with program offices, contractor staff, users, AFOTEC, and external agencies.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of DoD-related experience, strong SDLC and software development skills, hands-on coding, and familiarity with Agile processes. Top Secret with SCI eligibility is required; travel TBD.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years relevant experience including 5 years supporting the DoD
Strong knowledge and experience across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Strong hands‑on software design and coding experience
Understanding of Agile software methodology and processes

Responsibilities

Perform Software Quality Assurance (SQA) to ensure developed software meets defined quality specifications
Lead the planning, managing, and execution of the independent government test and evaluation portion of DT&E; act as the Lead DT&E POC
Develop test objectives; create detailed test cases, procedures, and scenarios; define and report test-related metrics
Coordinate test events with program office, contractor, user, AFOTEC and external agencies
Lead Test Readiness Reviews and support Production Readiness Reviews
