Job summary

Draper Inc. is seeking a Senior Test Equipment Development Engineer in Cambridge, Massachusetts. In this role, you will work within multidisciplinary teams to develop complex electrical, mechanical, and software-based test equipment. You will lead system integration and testing activities and mentor less experienced engineers in a collaborative environment.

Your responsibilities include developing plans for problem-solving, crafting technical reports, and identifying technical risks. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and 5-7 years of experience.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Systems Engineering or a relevant role.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical and software-based systems.
• Ability to lead and mentor less experienced engineers.
