Job summary

Draper in Cambridge, MA is seeking an integration and test engineer to support lab operations within the Strategic Systems and Electronic Systems business areas. You will identify program and system-level I&T risks, manage priorities, scope, schedule, and cost to baselines, and develop best practices for less experienced engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• 5–7 years in Systems Engineering or a related role.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Identify program/system-level I&T risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage priorities, scope, schedule and cost to baselines across activities.
• Develop, document and teach best practices to engineers.
• Maintain data sources: test cells, manuals, drawings, maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate across programs to maximize lab efficiency and meet milestones.
• Lead troubleshooting of test cells and oversee capital equipment plans.
