Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Austin, TX is seeking a Sr Test Equipment Engineer to design, develop, and validate automated test systems and LabVIEW-based software for semiconductor subsystems. You will build prototypes, run qualification tests, and contribute to product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

This role requires strong LabVIEW expertise, NI hardware experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field.
LabVIEW Certification (CLD) or higher.
7+ years of software development experience.
5+ years in manufacturing or semiconductor environments.
LabVIEW proficiency and troubleshooting ability.
Experience with NI hardware (DAQ, cDAQ, cRIO).
Windows OS and MS Office knowledge.
Strong project and time management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and validate automated test systems and control software.
Create LabVIEW-based test programs, build prototypes, and perform qualification testing.
Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to commission new test solutions.
