Qualifications

• Minimum 13+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in: Test Environment Management, Release Management, DevOps, Infra Coordination, Quality Engineering.
• Mandatory banking/financial services industry experience.
• Experience coordinating globally distributed delivery teams (US and India).
• Senior client-facing or leadership background with credible recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead environment management activities for a large banking account.
• Coordinate stakeholders across US and India for onshore-offshore delivery model.
• Define integration solutions and governance for test environments.
• Provide executive-level reporting, dashboards, and client presentations.
