Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Charlotte, NC is seeking a senior Low Level Environment Manager to own and govern all Lower Level Environments (Development, SIT, UAT, Performance Testing, and Pre-Production), ensuring availability, stability, and readiness to support application development and releases.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Environment Management, DevOps, Release Management, or Infrastructure Operations, with strong SDLC knowledge, cloud experience (AWS/Azure), and proven capacity

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Environment Management, DevOps, Release Management, or Infrastructure Operations.
• Experience with Development, QA, SIT, UAT, and Pre-Production environments.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), CI/CD, and infrastructure management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern all Lower Level Environments (Development, SIT, UAT, Performance Testing, and Pre-Production).
• Maintain end-to-end ownership and custody of LLEs and ensure readiness for releases.
• Govern environment allocation, scheduling, access, and usage across teams.
• Manage demand, capacity planning, and utilization to maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate provisioning, refreshes, deployments, test data management, and config changes.
• Monitor health, availability, and performance; resolve issues promptly.
• Serve as central contact for environment requests, escalations, and priorities.
• Partner with Application, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, Database, and Release teams.
• Maintain inventory, standards, documentation, governance processes.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement in environment management.
