Job summary

Capgemini in Chicago, IL seeks a Manager (Test Consultant) to design and develop test plans and monitor execution across multiple locations in the U.S. You’ll oversee all testing phases under a Senior Manager’s direction, conduct gap analyses, coordinate issue resolution, and drive test automation initiatives.

This role requires expertise in Agile testing and various QA tools. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s or Bachelor’s in IT/CS with 2–5 years of IT testing experience and is prepared for

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering with 2–5 years’ IT experience.
• 1 year IT work using Agile testing, Postman, Snowflake, Azure DevOps, Selenium or UFT.
• Experience in integration/functional/system testing and defect reporting.
• Knowledge of QA tooling and test automation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop test plans and scenarios and monitor execution.
• Oversee acceptance, system and integration testing under senior guidance.
• Coordinate issue resolution and perform root cause analysis.
• Develop test scripts and perform code reviews.
• Gather requirements and ensure testing aligns with acceptance criteria.
