Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of IT environment management, DevOps, release Management, or systems administration within a complex enterprise environment.
• SDLC Expertise: Hands-on experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle from planning to post-production support.
• Client-Facing & Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication with external clients, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive environment readiness.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain non-production environments (Dev, Test, Staging, UAT) to ensure high availability and stability.
• Coordinate releases, deployments, environment refreshes, and patch management across environments.
• Serve as escalation point for environment-related issues, incidents, and root-cause analysis to prevent incident recurrence.
• Build and maintain a Knowledge Base to streamline troubleshooting and onboarding.
