Job summary

Capgemini seeks a seasoned Test Environment Manager to lead environment management for a major banking account. You will coordinate across the United States and India, ensuring environments are ready, stable, visible, and governed.

This non hands-on role requires governance, integration planning, and leadership to guide senior stakeholders. Expect to oversee API integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and tooling like Planview, ServiceNow, and Dynatrace.

Qualifications

• 13+ years IT experience minimum.
• 5+ years in TE Mgmt, Release, DevOps, infra coordination, and QE.
• Banking/financial services domain experience required.
• Experience leading global delivery with onshore/offshore teams.
• Senior client-facing or leadership background expected.
• Experience API integration across enterprise tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead test environment management activities for a large banking account.
• Coordinate stakeholders across US and India; ensure environments are ready and governed.
• Provide technical depth to oversee environment activities and recommend solutions.
• Define integration approaches and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
