Requires active Secret clearance and DoD experience, plus a strong track record in engineering leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain SAP access.
• 10+ years supporting U.S. Government contracts.
• 5+ years leading test teams and engineering management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing test engineering team across programs.
• Drive test planning, integration, and execution.
• Develop and implement test governance and metrics.
• Ensure first-time quality and risk management.
