Job summary

Flex is seeking a Senior Test Engineering Manager in Milpitas, CA to lead the global test engineering strategy and teams. You will drive validation methodologies, test plans, and automation initiatives for new and existing products, while coordinating with cross-functional groups to ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle.

You will mentor engineers, drive yield improvements, oversee testing hardware and software, and manage risks to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 9+ years of engineering experience including leadership of engineering teams.
• Experience developing and implementing test strategies, plans, and validation methodologies.
• Expertise with test equipment, instrumentation, and automated test systems.
• Strong root cause analysis and yield improvement experience.
• Ability to analyze complex test data and provide data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of global test engineering strategies and validation methodologies.
• Manage and mentor Test Engineering teams and drive project execution.
• Drive test yield improvements through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
