Flex is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead the Quality Assurance Inspection function on the Milpitas, CA manufacturing floor. You will supervise inspectors, coordinate QA activities, and ensure adherence to policies while driving continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Senior Quality Manager, you will hold shift leadership, facilitate audits, mentor staff, and interface with customers and suppliers on quality issues to meet shipping deadlines.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 5+ years of related experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience.

Responsabilités

• Assigns employees to maximize quality control goals.
• Directs daily shift activities and ensures staffing levels.
• Hires guiders and inspectors for shift.
• Interacts with customers, vendors and internal teams on quality issues.
• Trains shift staff in quality processes.
