Job summary

Yellow Duck Technologies is seeking a cleared Senior Test Engineer/Quality Assurance professional to lead testing strategy implementation and ensure software quality through comprehensive test automation and quality assurance practices.

This role develops and maintains automated test frameworks, conducts system performance and scalability testing, and ensures all software meets the Definition of Done criteria before deployment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• 10+ years of software testing and QA experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (4 years substitutable).
• Expert knowledge of test automation frameworks (Robot Framework, Selenium).
• Strong programming skills in Python and Java for test development.
• Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling).
• Knowledge of TDD/BDD, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps.
• Experience testing containerized applications and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated testing frameworks.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites (unit, integration, end-to-end).
• Conduct system performance and scalability testing.
• Lead TDD practices.
• Create and maintain requirements traceability matrix.
• Conduct black box and white box testing.
• Implement continuous testing in CI/CD pipelines.
• Generate and analyze test coverage reports.
• Lead defect tracking and resolution processes.
• Support third-party code review preparations.
