Constellation Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Test Engineer for government programs requiring TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

The role emphasizes automated and manual testing across Linux, Java, and web environments, with extensive use of Selenium, Cypress, and TestNG. Candidates must have strong collaboration skills and hands-on experience with government documentation and regulatory testing standards.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph required
• Eight years of Test Engineer experience with similar scope
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent TE experience
• Experience analyzing system requirements and test plans
• Experience supporting government TE documentation (T&E Strategy, MOP, Event Test Plans)
• Experience with API automation (TestNG, REST Assured)
• Experience with cross-team test integration and regression testing

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement test scripts, test plans, and test cases
• Perform UI testing against requirements
• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting of test results
• Collaborate with other test organizations for program integration
• Define test strategies for future capabilities
• Manage project artifacts and testing documentation
