Job summary

Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Test Engineer/QA with TS/SCI clearance to lead testing strategy and automation efforts across complex software systems. The role emphasizes automated test development, performance testing, and secure DevSecOps practices.

You will design and maintain automated frameworks, drive TDD/BDD, and ensure software meets done criteria before deployment. Extensive experience in test automation, programming, and CI/CD is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of software testing and QA experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent substitution).
• Expert knowledge of test automation frameworks (Robot Framework, Selenium, etc.).
• Strong programming skills for test development (Python, Java, etc.).
• Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, etc.).
• Knowledge of test-driven development and behavior-driven development.
• Experience testing containerized applications and microservices.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps.
• Experience with security testing tools (SAST, DAST, SCA).
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Must be U.S. citizen

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated testing frameworks
• Develop and maintain automated test suites (unit, integration, end-to-end)
• Conduct system performance and scalability testing
• Lead test-driven development (TDD) practices
• Create and maintain requirements traceability matrix
• Conduct black box and white box testing
• Implement continuous testing in CI/CD pipelines
• Generate and analyze test coverage reports
• Lead defect tracking and resolution processes
• Support third-party code review preparations
