Job summary

BCT LLC is seeking a Test Engineer 3 in Annapolis Junction, MD. The ideal candidate must hold an active TS/SCI with POLY. The role focuses on leading testing across software and hardware, designing macro-level testing postures and frameworks to support micro-level work.

Responsibilities include T&E leadership, QA of processes, government liaison, and risk-driven planning; Linux/server familiarity and data-visualization tool experience are required. Salary range is $190,000-$291,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; STEM field preferred.
• Minimum eight years of testing experience; security clearance as stated.
• Experience with automated test frameworks and Linux.
• Familiarity with Python/Java/C# and CI/CD tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of the T&E task and liaison to government.
• Manage T&E resources and ensure QA of test processes.
• Communicate issues and solutions to government and leadership.
• Drive test design, risk mitigation, and action plans.
• Ensure independence of the team from the provider.
• Familiarity with Linux server administration.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Splunk, Grafana, Kibana).
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate task implementation with Government sponsor.
• Maintain knowledge of gov/industry standards for system development.
