Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in technical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and engineering support for major IT Test and Evaluation (T&E).
• Document review, test concept development, test methodology development, test plan development, test execution, and test reporting, data reduction and analysis, and end-user operational testing.
• Use Design of Experiments methods to plan and conduct test programs.
• Prepare criteria, computations/analyses, specifications, cost estimates, test plans, and technical reports.
• Review and evaluate results and conclusions from test engineering tasks.
• Devise new approaches to problems and complete tasks efficiently and thoroughly.
• Evaluate test environments for software releases to ensure readiness for testing.
• Deconflict schedule conflicts between multiple releases, and provide high quality analysis and recommendations.
• Operate with general instructions with detailed reviews of portions of work.
• Perform capability analyses and COTS/GOTS evaluations and develop system interfaces to ensure compliance with DoD and standards.
• Construct models and simulations to demonstrate meeting user requirements.
• Conduct performance, cost-effectiveness, reliability, risk assessment, and schedule trade-off studies, documenting findings.
• Provide guidance in other engineering tasks and other duties as assigned.
