Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience developing ATE test programs for ICs.
• Strong understanding of digital and analog circuits from transistor to system level.
• Hands-on experience with ATE hardware/software development (e.g., Diamond X, J750, Advantest v93k).
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; cross-geographic leadership.

Responsibilities

• Generate test programs for timing-based products.
• Define and develop high-speed, low-noise ATE test boards.
• Review new product specifications and advise on manufacturability for timing-based products.
• Collaborate with applications, marketing, product and reliability groups for product releases.
• Establish guard-bands based on repeatability and data.
• Support customer sampling and offshore volume ramps.
• Support ongoing subcontractor test activity.
• Aim for cost reduction, yield improvement, and test capacity maximization.
• Analyze customer returns and support requirements.
• Characterize and evaluate new products.
