Four Sea Group is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer specializing in systems integration and test to support the development, integration, verification, and validation of complex mission systems. You will translate customer requirements into reliable fielded capabilities by connecting systems-engineering analysis with hands-on integration and verification.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or another relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Approximately three years with a bachelor’s degree, one year with a master’s degree, or equivalent experience for degree alternatives.
• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance at the time of application.
• Experience supporting system integration, verification, validation, or system-level test activities.
• Experience translating customer or product requirements into hardware and software system solutions.
• Experience developing test plans, procedures, checkout procedures, and technical reports.
• Experience with requirements analysis, allocation, interface definition, or similar systems-engineering activities.
• Understanding of system/product lifecycle concepts and established engineering practices.
• Experience with Linux and Windows.
• Experience installing or supporting software using Docker.
• Experience collecting and evaluating test data.
• Experience troubleshooting anomalous behavior involving hardware and software.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or comparable tools.
• Working proficiency with MS Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Ability to coordinate across hardware, software, and test teams.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally for ~7–14 days at a time, up to ~20% annually.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
