Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Senior Test & Evaluation Analyst to support NAVSEA from its Washington, DC office.

You will develop, field, and sustain operationally superior weapon systems and perform the full spectrum of Test & Evaluation, including planning, requirements analysis, land-based and flight tests, and investigations. The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, 7+ years of T&E experience, and an active DoD Top Secret clearance, with a

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or related technical field.
7+ years of detailed Test & Evaluation experience for Surface Navy Weapons Systems.
Active DoD Top Secret clearance, capable of maintenance.
Master's degree preferred in Engineering or related field.
Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Naval S&T/FNC programs preferred.

Responsibilities

Support NAVSEA from SPA's Washington, DC office.
Develop, field, and sustain operationally superior weapon systems and testing.
Draft and review test program plans, analyze testing requirements, and support test events.
Perform test failure investigations and support weapon system acquisition documentation.
