Job summary

Qualifications

• Test engineering experience focusing on pressure, leak, flow, vibration or thermal testing.
• Senior through lead level considered (roughly 3–15 years).
• Aerospace, spacecraft, or pressure vessel hardware experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design test setups and fixtures and write test procedures for new development and qualification programs.
• Provide engineering oversight on critical tests and hands‑on technical support to test technicians and vendors.
• Review and analyze test data against requirements and past in‑family performance, flag anomalies, and produce clear plots, charts, and test reports.
• Support Quality on test nonconformances using RCCA, with rework and repair recommendations to Engineering.
• Serve as technical liaison to program management and customers, and drive process improvements in‑house and at suppliers.
