Job summary

Crystal Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to coordinate and perform qualification testing on rugged electronics, including environmental, EMC, power, and safety tests, to support product development and certifications.

You will lead peer reviews, mentor colleagues, and drive small project teams while ensuring test plans and procedures meet standards and customer needs. On-site work with some travel.

Qualifications

• US Person required (citizenship or permanent resident status).
• B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of engineering experience or 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
• Valid US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform qualification testing on rugged electronics.
• Lead peer reviews and mentor team; manage small projects.
• Develop test strategies with the Systems team.
• Coordinate with external labs for tests and documentation.
