This on-site, full-time role emphasizes systems engineering leadership and hands-on mentorship of cross-functional teams. The position requires a BS in Engineering and 10+ years of engineering experience, with capability to drive PDR/CDR and document as-built configurations.

Qualifications

• Must have US work authorization.
• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Select system components and technologies for rugged military-grade products.
• Lead engineering activity in systems engineering, benchmarking, and requirements validation.
• Maintain documentation of as-built system configurations.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and Project Managers.
• Lead PDR/CDR and manage related artifacts.
