Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to lead test strategy, develop and optimize test solutions for complex electronic products in regulated industries. Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in test engineering within an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting PCB assemblies and electronic product testing.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead test strategy development and execution for assigned customer programs and electronic products.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) activities, including test planning, validation, and production readiness.
• Develop, maintain, and improve functional, in-circuit, and system-level test solutions.
• Troubleshoot electronic assemblies, test equipment, fixtures, and product failures to support production and improve efficiency.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned customer programs and collaborate with customers on testing requirements.
• Analyze test data, yields, and failure trends to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to test technicians and junior engineers.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support RF-related testing activities for wireless communication and connectivity applications.
