Job summary
Hidden Level seeks a Senior Manager for Manufacturing, Test & Service Engineering to lead production readiness, test strategies, and lifecycle support for advanced RF sensing hardware. You will guide cross-functional teams across manufacturing, service, and QA to ensure scalable, repeatable processes from NPI to field deployment.
The role requires 7+ years in manufacturing engineering with a strong track record in transitioning products from development into production, plus expertise in
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, industrial, systems engineering, or related field, and 7+ years in manufacturing/related tech ops.
- Experience transitioning complex hardware from development to production and sustaining lifecycle.
- Experience developing manufacturing processes, work instructions, tooling, fixtures, and production test methods.
Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing engineering for hardware products from NPI through full-rate production.
- Own manufacturing readiness criteria, documentation, tooling, and training for production releases.
- Partner with Development to support DFx for manufacturability, testability, and serviceability.
- Develop and improve test strategies, fixtures, and scalable test stations.
- Drive capacity planning, takt time, cycle time, and process constraint analysis.
- Lead depot repair, field service, and installation tooling and documentation.
