The role emphasizes hands‑on RF test execution, troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with engineering, systems, and quality teams to ensure readiness for future programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum ten years of experience in a specialized functional discipline or equivalent.
• Experience leading RF test for power amplifiers or RF/*hardware tests.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical leadership for Test Engineering; mentor engineers and technicians.
