Qualifications

• Typically, 10 years' experience with exceptional technical skills.
• Proven capabilities in troubleshooting electronic hardware/software.
• Experience in leading and coaching teams in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Create transition plans for electronic designs into production.
• Lead test equipment issue resolution efforts.
• Assist with supplier training and test equipment requirements.
• Ensure smooth transition of test equipment into manufacturing.
• Provide specifications for subcontractor-developed equipment.
