Job summary

Holistic Partners, Inc. is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to interface with Quality, Manufacturing, and Design Engineering on manufacturing issues and to develop test equipment for circuit card testing.

You will resolve issues during manufacture and testing of CCAs and Electronics Box transitions to production, leading the test equipment development and NPI efforts across sites. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience, strong troubleshooting skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 10+ years of experience with strong technical skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot electronic hardware and software assemblies.
• Proven leadership and collaboration in a team environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Notepad++).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Must have access to US export-controlled information.

Responsibilities

• Create transition plans for electronic designs moving to production.
• Lead test equipment and EIS issue resolution for production.
• Assist supplier training for test equipment and requirements.
• Transition test equipment into factory or subcontractor sites.
• Provide specs and guidance for equipment from partners.
• Update equipment and software to improve efficiency.
• Lead cross-site NPI efforts for engineering and test aspects.
• Troubleshoot complex assemblies to resolve systemic non-conformances.
