Job summary

RTX's Effector Analog & Power (EAP) Team is seeking a senior electrical engineer with extensive electronics testing experience to verify power and analog oriented products. The role includes debugging, testing, and validating subsystems across telemetry and flight termination domains.

You will work with a team of engineers through all phases of integration, verification, and validation, applying rigorous test methods and documenting results for customer success and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Science Degree in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of experience, or Master’s Degree with 5+ years.
• Experience with prints, schematics, sketches, and test procedures.
• Experience troubleshooting circuit cards at the component level.
• Experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, or spectrum analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical tests and troubleshoot subassemblies, assemblies, and systems to conformance with specifications.
• Apply theory of operation to identify faulty products for design, workmanship, environmental, or component defects.
• Work on systems validation, test, and analysis through integration and test validation activities.
• Develop and execute innovative test, verification, and validation strategies, processes, tools, and techniques to ensure customer success.
