Qualifications

• Experience with data acquisition and instrument control.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production test/assembly processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Create standards for test sequences across product lines.
• Identify and implement factory-wide process improvements focusing on direct labor cost.
• Resolve operational issues in production test processes.
• Lead root cause analysis for test failures.
• Review design docs for DFT/DFM compliance.
• Develop test strategies including equipment and test code.
• Improve FPY by reducing false test outcomes and equipment failures.
• Research and adopt new test technologies.
