Job summary

Zentech Manufacturing is seeking a Test Engineer to support test execution for motherboard/assembly products, interfacing to PCI Express, SATA, USB, Ethernet, and more. You will set up and run functional, environmental, and life tests on prototype or production assemblies, analyze results, and suggest improvements.

The role requires strong knowledge of high-speed digital design and debugging, plus experience with high-speed oscilloscopes and protocol analyzers.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or AA in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in high-speed digital design and debugging.
• Experience with high-speed digital oscilloscopes and protocol analyzers.
• Knowledge of SERDES verification is a plus.
• Knowledge of electrical test methodology and test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional tests of production electronics and sub-assemblies.
• Test assemblies with pre-production documentation and compare with specs.
• Record data and analyze results for root causes.
• Develop processes, tooling and fixtures to improve testing.
• Ensure calibration requirements for test equipment are met.
• Manage time effectively and complete tasks per supervisor.
