Job summary

Zentech Manufacturing in Richardson, TX is seeking a Full-Time Test Engineer to support the test execution phase of motherboard assemblies and interface functions, analyzing results and contributing to reliability improvements.

The role requires hands-on experience with high-speed digital design, oscilloscopes and protocol analyzers, soldering/rework skills, and a strong ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• BS or AS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Five years of related electronics testing experience.
• Experience in high-speed digital design.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional tests on production electronic systems and sub-assemblies.
• Test commercial and mil-spec assemblies with pre-production docs.
• Record data and compare results to specifications.
• Analyze defective units to determine root cause.
• Ensure calibration requirements for test equipment are maintained.
