Responsibilities

• Generate test plan for mixed-signal devices.
• Create test and characterization programs for ATE.
• Debug and characterize silicon on ATE; correlate with bench data.
• Analyze silicon results and support failure analysis tasks.
• Perform statistical analysis of yield fallout and optimize test time.
• Collaborate with production to release products to volume production.
• Define and implement test strategy for new products.
• Develop ATE hardware and software.
• Support silicon qualification and characterization including hardware development.
• Drive robust, cost-effective test solutions and ensure product quality.
